Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Swimwear, bags, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund to your original payment method will be issued

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

Exchange Policy

Due to our limited inventory, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or style, we recommend the following:

  1. Submit a return request for the item you would like to send back

  2. Place a new order for the correct item or size to ensure it doesn’t sell out

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer standard ground shipping within the U.S.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150!

  • We currently do not offer international shipping, but hope to in the future!

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier

  • If you run into an issue or your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance
